Jackson & Perkins has just announced the arrival of its new “April in Paris” hybrid tea rose.
This sweet-scented, romantic tea rose has been named a 2008 Rose of the Year® winner.
A truly romantic rose, “April in Paris” has classic seashell-like buds that slowly unfurl into blossoms of pale pink edged in a darker, solid pink. With their heavy petal count, they last a long time in a vase. But that’s not the best part. Those who love the scent of a fresh cut rose already know that pink roses are generally the most heavily scented varieties.
“April in Paris” doesn’t disappoint. It has an intense, perfumed tea rose scent that will fill the room with rosy fragrance.
This exclusive, award-winning rose is available for purchase now from Jackson & Perkins, and begins shipping in the spring of 2008.
New varieties, especially award-winning ones, are highly coveted. This one is sure to sell out quickly. So don’t get left out, reserve yours today.

That is beautiful. I would love to have one of those in my living room or on my kitchen table. I am a huge fan of the smell of pink roses and can’t seem to get enough of them. What a unique design!
