Here Are Some Creative Wedding Centerpiece Ideas You Can “Ethically Borrow”
Flowers are the best way to add an eye-catching focal point to any table. After all, that’s why it’s called a wedding centerpiece, right?
But a professionally-created wedding centerpiece, like the one pictured above, can get expensive, especially if you are on a tighter budget.
That’s why many brides today are choosing to do their own centerpieces for their receptions. Surprisingly, it’s not as difficult as you might think.
Over the years, I’ve worked with brides who have had some very creative and affordable wedding centerpiece ideas.
Pictured below is an easy and elegant idea for a tabletop that can be easily scaled to fit any size budget.
Add a few flowers like the dendrobium orchids used here, then fill with enough water to submerge the flowers.
And don’t forget, not every table needs to use the same number of vases. Mix it up a bit. Use a single vase on one table, two on some, three on others.
No matter what you come up with, it will look great!
Balloons are another affordable idea that can be incorporated into a wedding centerpiece or other wedding decor.
Balloons, when coupled with flowers, can have a dramatic effect on your wedding spaces, both indoor and outdoor.
Just like this garland and entryway arch, balloons can add an impressive touch to your wedding decor.
Adding balloons to floral arrangements is easy to do. It can be done without the need for helium, making it an affordable option.
We often recommend using balloons in place of large-headed flowers, like hydrangeas, for example. The look can be a real show-stopper for a fraction of the cost.
No matter what your budget, it’s definitely an option worth checking out.
I’m sure you’ll find more than a few ways you could creatively incorporate one or more of these ideas into your wedding. Not to mention you can also keep some money in your pocket.
